Units for sale following forfeiture
Regretfully one Partner, B R Humphries has paid no contributions to the Partnership for the last two years, nor responded to any correspondence.
Therefore in accordance with the Deed of Participation, we have forfeited this Partner's two units.
These units are for sale now. Our duty is to try to obtain fair market value for them, pay the arrears plus interest due to the Partnership and return any balance to the former Partner.
If you wish to buy one or both of them please contact us with an offer. They will be sold to the highest bidder.
