Certificate of Title - Balance Due

Allocation of Units
Following the closing of this Partnership issue, which was over-subscribed, we are pleased to enclose your Certificate of Title.
2002 Balance of Investment
There is a Statement enclosed showing what balance is due this year. If at all convenient, please pay all of it now, as that will assist the partnership administration. Otherwise please adhere to the two instalment dates unless other arrangements have been made.
Planting to be underway soon
The Glens of Tekoa and Ahuriri sites having been planted last year, it remains for us to plant the three Mt Whitnow Douglas-fir stands. Being high country this is best done late winter / early spring. However the sites need to be burnt-off first and we are hoping for favourable conditions any day now.
There is a little replanting at Tekoa and some secondary ‘releasing’ (removal of competing weeds) to be done too. This will take place over the next few weeks.
Reports – Photos & News
We will send you regular reports and occasionally some photographs of your forest stands. You will also get Newsletters on matters relevant to forest owners, some environmental topics and on what we are up to apart from managing your forest assets. These will also be available on-line through our website.
Prospectus
Few partners asked for a copy of the Registered Prospectus for this partnership. However for the long term we feel you should have one as it contains a great deal more detail of the Forestry Plan. It also contains the Deed governing the partnership. We will send a copy soon.
