AGM Minutes & Budget
The 2002 AGM minutes are enclosed as well as the budget accepted by the meeting following approval by the Forestry Consultant and your Committee.
2002 Levy
If there is a Statement enclosed there is a balance due now. Otherwise nothing further is needed for now.
Pruning Well Underway
We will report to you more fully in due course, but as you can see from the minutes and budget, pruning is underway on all three Radiata stands. Hopefield may be due for a second lift before the end of this year. This would be ahead of forecast but on average for your three stands we expect pruning to be quite close to the timing originally predicted seven years ago.

Our latest offer, ‘Mt Whitnow Forest Partnership’ has sold out over-subscribed. About half the units have gone to previous investors.
